Zincalume Tata Bluescope made marine grade Zinc-Alume -Silicon Alloy steel of AZ 150 or AZ 200,Yield strength of minimum 300 MPa to maximum 550 MPa depending on the application.ZINCALUME® steel complies with AS1397, ASTM A792M, IS 15961 and ISO 9364 standards. Zincalume Bolted Panel Tanks are fabricated using the best grade of Steel as MOC which is coated with 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc & 1.5% Silicon.Hence, they are known as Zinc Aluminium Tanks or Galvalume Tanks. It is lightweight, durable and versatile. Zincalume sheet has 40-50 years of life and comes with 20 years of Corrosion Warranty. These tanks last up to four times longer than galvanized steel.
